The d-Vision program three years ago recruited engineers to the internship program under the name of e-Vision: the philosophy behind the strategy of the founder Mr. Sami Sagol is part of a holistic concept trying to promote a consistent interaction and dialogue between designers and engineers in Keter while sowing the seeds in the company towards a multi learning organization. The new interns – all Plastic, Mechanic or Industrial Engineers completed their Bachelor Degrees in Public Colleges and Universities.
Our goal is to develop and nurture excellent engineers that will have the knowledge and tools to cope with the future challenges of plastic manufacturing while supplying innovative technology solutions in a changing competitive world. |
